EPMO EstablishmentProject LandscapeThe main position of the Enterprise Project Management Office is depicted within the business landscape. Its role as director, facilitator, collaborator and supporting agent of Project activities can clearly be seen through the intersecting business and project environments. In reality, these spheres are inexplicably one, and the continuous interaction between the two, acts as the progressive motion of business change. There are several stakeholders in the project landscape. Essentially they are either on the supply or the demand side of the business. The EPMO’s responsibility is to balance the supply and demand position where project budgets, resources and value are concerned - essentially managing the triple constrains of the organisation within the project requirements.
