The Support Centre has been set up in such a way so as to leverage the circulating teams of EPM, K2.net and SharePoint consultants, trainers and architects. This ensures that the support provided is based on years of accumulated knowledge and real world experience in the UMT Consulting SA Knowledge Centre.
Through our Service Level Agreements, UMT Consulting SA offers proactive maintenance and fast turnaround times on support requests.  All support requests are logged and tracked via an efficient tracking system to ensure that they are resolved in the shortest possible time.

If a formal SLA is not what you are looking for, UMT Consulting SA has a flexible Ad Hoc Support offering that caters specifically to clients who only log a few incidents per year.  This is typically provided to smaller or more mature organisations.
