Mentoring & Coaching

UMT Consulting SA provides a period of mentoring and coaching so that the user can become more familiar with the parts of the system that pertain specifically to them.  During this period, the user is assisted by the consultant via formal and/or informal one-on-one sessions where the processes and functionality are imbedded into the user’s everyday repertoire. 

Mentoring & coaching is typically provided after formal training.  The mentoring period will also include the assistance and guidance provided to the Administrator(s) of the system that has been implemented, so that the Administrator will have a deeper understanding of the toolset and will be fully equipped to provide assistance to other users where necessary.
