UMT Consulting SA's BEE Status

UMT SA concludes its BEE transaction with Notsi Local Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution provider, UMT Project and Portfolio Management Services South Africa (UMT SA), has concluded a BEE transaction whereby the Ntosi Group will now own a 25.1 percent shareholding in the ordinary share capital of the company. Notsi Group executive director Agnat Makgoale says UMT SA is a strategically selected investment. "We have targeted UMT SA specifically because of its dominance in the field of Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (PPPM) solutions, especially from what we have seen over the past few years. They are also a perfect fit with the other investments that we have made. More importantly, we will have an active role in the ongoing management and growth of the company."
